In 2014, Nicholas Storer and wife, Abigail first made syrup with the help and support of many friends and family members. They built their own sugarhouse in 2016.
Since their first boil in 2014, they have added two mini-tappers, Oliver and Jasper. Oliver was born in October of 2015, Jasper in November of 2019.
With the stress and effects of Covid felt everywhere, they closed for the 2021-2022 season. After reopening in Spring of 2023, to making syrup again this 2024 season, we are very proud to be back on the map!
