Our first boil of 2020 and our first 'Golden Delicate' ever

Our second boil of 2020 happened today. Finally boiled down enough to draw off the pan. We made ‘Golden Delicate’ for the first time ever!


Just a few days ago we were already 100% tapped and had our first boil. Last year at this time we were about 85% so we've got a bit of a jump on 2020.
